Teachers required for : Pre Meical, Pre Engineering and Commerce group
Evaluate Student skill and knowledge, in the related subject, based on their learning in the junior classes. Ensure that students are at the required level to begin a more detailed and varied learning in the subject
• Plan, prepare and deliver instructional material that facilitates student learning
• Researching new topic areas, maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge to supplement the prescribed curriculum wherever required
• Marking work, giving appropriate feedback and maintaining records of pupils' progress and development
• Selecting and using a range of different learning resources and equipment;
• Preparing pupils for external examinations (Matric, O-levels & Inter) by guiding them through the external examination process and procedure, guidelines for preparation based on past examination papers, external grading system and benchmarks
• Devise and implement an internal examination system which is in line with the external examination system to actively prepare students for desired grades
• Compile the monthly / quarterly and yearly reports by collecting the grades and progress reports from all other subject teachers.
• Managing student behavior in the classroom and on school premises, and applying appropriate and effective measures, in cases of misbehavior
