Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in english, urdu & punjabi
  • German A1 is a plus
  • Strong phone contact handling and active listening .
  • Proven customer support experience or worked as CSR.
  • Ability to multi task , prioritize and manage time , taking orders , managing complains & time effectively.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt and learn fast.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Basic computer knowledge is a must.
