We offer B2B and B2C services connecting a remote staff with their principal employer on a contractual as well permanent basis.

Job brief

We are looking for multiple Virtual Sales Associates for one of our UK based client to assist them in increasing Sales revenue while working remotely.

As a Virtual Sales Associates, you will perform various sales and marketing tasks, including making outbound calls, answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong command on English language is required, along with experience using communication tools of VoIP.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle sales projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision whilst meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

· Take hand written notes, and log them on to CRM software

· Make outbound Sales calls

· Respond to emails and phone calls

· Schedule meetings

· Manage a contact list

· Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records, Assist with sales reports

· Organise managers’ calendars

· Perform market research

· Create presentations, as assigned

· Ensure to follow up and maintain all prospects engaged throughout the sales process

· Address aftersales enquiries

· Provide customer service as first point of contact

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Virtual/Sales or relevant role

· Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP

· Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)

· Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)

· Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills

· Fluent written/spoken English is a must (an accent is advantageous)

· Excellent time management skills

· Solid organisational skills

· UK shift, 9:00am to 5:30pm (PST 2:00pm to 10:30pm)

· Degree holder; additional qualifications and/or proven track record in Sales Management are a plus
