The Sales team is the backbone of our start-up. We take pleasure in introducing potential customers to the benefits of our platform and educating them on their journey of constructing their dream homes to running their businesses through our site. We love to talk to people, sharing our story and figuring out how we might help them. We turn potential customers into active customers, and we turn active customers into superstars. And we’re equally comfortable interacting with casual buyers and ultra-high-end professionals alike.
Our requirement:
We require a hardworking individual, with great experience in sales and/or business development, to join as the founding sales team member of our growing team. You will be responsible for bringing in clients, assisting them in their journey and selling our technology-driven services to them. If you are not interested in finding your own leads, making tones of calls, sending unsolicited emails, or speaking with a variety of clientele then this will not be for you. In this role you will “earn your stripes” and must be self-motivated to reach certain targets. We need you to be a team player who is interested in making waves to drive our new start-up forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation : you will be the primary source of leads for the company so you have to generate work, bring in clients, make sales, reach targets and get contracts signed. You will also assist our VIP clients and upsell our various services to them. For suppliers, you will introduce our technology to new people - as we are new, many people have not heard of us and we will need you to help us stand out and capture people’s interest.
Product demos - you will need to show people how our technology works so you must fully understand what we do and what we offer to companies. That is why we require a person who has had prior experience in a technology driven company with knowledge of CRM softwares.
Negotiating - you will have to be comfortable discussing the costs of our services, and be fully aware of how our business model works.
Client relationships - you will have to make sure that our clients are happy with the work we do for them, and it is key that we maintain positive relationships with all of them as we are looking for long term, returning clients.
