• Actively monitor installed ATMs performance and up time.
  • Ensure timely follow up with vendors for ATM Complaints.
  • Resolution of ATMs Complain in Management System Complaints on daily basis.
  • Responsible for timely resolving SBP ATM related Complains if any reported.
  • Responsible for timely reporting to SBP on daily basis in Holidays.
  • Provide support to addition cell numbers of ATMs related SMS on IRIS.
  • Responsible for EJ Monitoring and coordination with branches for related matters.
  • Responsible for ATMs MIS Reports (Weekly Downtime report, ATM Downtime to branch, Transaction Report, etc.)
  • Responsible for efficient monitoring services of Bill payments, 1link, SMS alerts, HSM, all services.
  • Coordinating with vendors and internal departments for ATMs Cash Shortage issues.
  • Ensure to secure physically Security for all ATMs, network cables and points in ATMs room and coordinating with internal departments and vendors for ATMs physically Security (Bolting, Hooters, alarms, sensors, smoke detectors for ATM structure safety).
  • Negotiating with third party vendor’s ATMs related incase parts damaged.
  • Coordinating with BAHL insurance team for loss recovery incase parts damaged or any loss reported.
  • Ensure in time generating and posting of all export files including 1link Export, MNet Export, IBFT Export, and UBPS exports, credit card file.
  • Monitoring of ATMs through (IRIS, Proview), provide first level support to the branches regarding ATM issues and do coordinate to branches, vendors and different departments of Bank Al Habib for smooth working of ATM Operations.
  • Call logging and follow up with vendors (GRG, Diebold, NCR and Wincore) for ATM's Complain.
  • Generating Email of centralized SAF Status on daily basis to IT OPERATION and RRD.
  • Coordinating with Network team for support of connectivity Complaints resolution to minimize impact to customers and internal users in coordination with end users, team members, management, vendors, and other internal IT teams.
  • Coordinating with different department of bank al Habib if SAF stuck.
  • Coordinating with CCTV team to save the Bank property immediately if any suspicious activity reported in ATMs.
  • Deployment Screen on ATM by Proview as per Requirement.
  • Maintain uptime of All ADC application (IRIS, UBPS, Call Center, Esentinal, Card watch, Proview )
  • Technical support with RRS,  CPU, Call center and branches against application related and customer related issues.
  • Coordinate with InfoSec with Security related queries and implementation.
  • Coordinate with Admin for new ATM installations
