Summary of The Job

  • Able to handle inbound and outbound calls of the customers with fair knowledge of Account Opening related processes and provide guidance as per regulatory requirements.
  •  Well acquainted with Customer KYC / CDD requirements and able to conduct KYC on call/ video call as per regulatory directives / SOP / internal requirements.

    Job Requirement

  • Effective handling of inbound/outbound calls
  • Conduct KYC of customers being on-boarded.
  • Adequate knowledge of AML/CFT/CPF/FATCA/CRS and other regulations.
  • Answer customers’ queries in a timely manner and provide helpful solutions to their questions
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  •  Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Good English/Urdu speaking /writing skills and able to work in shifts.
  • Expertise in MS office will be an added Advantage.
