Job Description

  • Take inbound calls to manage call queue Make outbound calls for different products and campaign.
  • Maintain courtesy and accuracy.Route complaints/ requests to concerned departments.
  • Update Team Leaders regarding follow-ups and issues observed during calls.
  • Maintain performance as per defined KPI`s.06 Months Experience of Banking Call Center or 1 Year
  • Experience of any Call Center Office remains open 24/7 thus staff are required in gazetted holidays Specific Tasks Take inbound calls Make outbound calls
