Job Objective:
Monitoring performance of all consumer products in terms of KPIs and financials by provision of Monthly Performance Review Reports intended for stakeholders and Board.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of multi-dimensional Monthly Performance Reports and essential dashboards intended for stakeholder departments to group level, covering deviations of KPIs and financials from approved plans, budgets, forecasts and overall company-wide strategy
- Meeting and liaison with key stakeholder departments to assess and track the performance of business KPIs.
- Support in preparation of functional strategies as well as assist in corrective action planning
- Appraise critical projects
- Conduct competitive market analysis in terms of revenue, commercial and other KPIs covering footprint, media and retail presence etc.
- Perform regional performance monitoring of key KPIs, further suggesting areas for improvement
- Assist stakeholders in cost rationalization through industry benchmarking
- Tasks assigned from time to time
Key performance Indicators (KPIs) :
- Performance Monitoring in terms of KPIs and financials, along-with suggestions for improvements
- Follow-up with other stakeholders on performance improvement initiatives
