Responsible for;

  • Maintaining the service level of the unit.
  • Set up goals and objectives for each Phone Banker and review their EVAL performance.
  • Assessing training needs of the team leaders and coaching the team leaders in achieving service standards.
  • Maintaining the motivation level of the team.
  • Managing Product Lead and supervising the Team Leaders of Inbound and Outbound both.
  • Organizing and developing numerous required MIS required maintaining smooth work flow as and where required.
