Typical responsibilities could include handling emails, answer phone calls, managing diary and office schedules, coordinate meetings and visits, email and letter writing, planning and organising tasks, maintaining database & paperwork and perform a huge array of other essential administrative tasks to support smooth running of the HoDs office.
