- Identify business opportunities by evaluating catchment area.
- Develop new business prospects through companies and Dealers
- Regularly visit assigned branches for new sales and to resolve customer issues.
- Coordinate with Auto Finance customers and authorized dealers for completion of pre and post disbursement formalities/ documentation. Also ensure that any customer complaints/ issues/queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner
- Treat customers fairly during Sales pitch, case processing. Give respect to customers and ensure best customer experience and customer satisfaction is given to customers at all level of service
- Treat the customer fairly and professionally within ethical and moral boundaries. Ensure extra assistance if dealing with any special, disabled or impaired customer
- Ensure all Auto Finance cases are processed in line with the approved policy and procedures (Login, Processed, File completion, Approval) and within the Turn Around Time. Follow up with sales Manager for achievement of Targets and Business partners for smooth processing, disbursement and delivery of Auto Finance cases.
- To ensure fair and efficient resolution of consumer grievances to foster consumer's confidence in BankIslami's services
- Strictly follow Shariah, compliance and customer due diligence standards to on board new clients and maintain money laundering/terrorism financing free portfolio. Follow the code of conduct of BankIslami in respect of professionalism, AML/CFT (anti money laundering & combating financing of terrorism), attendance, discipline & dress code
