  • Position is responsible to ensure and supervise superior quality service delivery in the Branches.
  • Perform visits to the assigned Branches and Regularly update service quality patterns at his/ her respective Branches.
  • Enhance in accordance with the latest service quality methodology so as to assure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance to Regulatory and Shariah guidelines.
