Banyo is seeking a skilled Python / Django Developer with Headless CMS experience to join our dynamic and innovative team. If you are passionate about building robust web applications, have a strong foundation in Django development, and possess expertise in integrating and working with headless CMS solutions, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product owners, to develop and implement web applications using Django.
- Integrate headless CMS platforms, such as Strapi or Contentful or Django CMS, with Django applications.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs for seamless communication between Django and the headless CMS.
- Create and manage content models in the CMS, ensuring a smooth flow of data between the CMS and the application.
- Implement custom features and functionality as per project requirements.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and optimize application performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Django and headless CMS platforms.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Python and Django web development.
- Proficiency in integrating and working with headless CMS platforms, such as Strapi, Contentful, or GraphCMS.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and their implementation.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies, particularly React, for consuming data from the headless CMS.
- Knowledge of database systems, including SQL and ORM frameworks.
- Experience in version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
