Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily pharmacy floor operations to maintain efficiency and order.
- Monitor staff attendance and assign duties aligned with operational needs.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by training staff on effective communication and professional conduct.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee medicine stock, including timely stock replenishment and control.
- Coordinate with pharmacists and management to align pharmacy operations with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and disciplined pharmacy environment.
- Regularly monitor medicine expiry dates and ensure proper product arrangement to comply with quality assurance standards.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and seek timely resolutions.
- Promote adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMP) within the pharmacy premises.
- Utilize basic computer skills to manage reports, inventory systems, and communication effectively.
