We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Barista to join our team based in Faisalabad, Koh-e-Noor City. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages while upholding high standards of quality and customer service. This full-time, in-person role requires flexibility, as the candidate must be willing to work across different branches throughout Pakistan. The position offers a competitive starting salary of Rs40,000 per month and provides an excellent opportunity to develop barista skills within a reputable coffee service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso drinks, lattes, and cappuccinos.
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and espresso machines to ensure optimal performance and consistency.
- Follow company recipes and quality standards meticulously to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing and serving food items such as pastries and sandwiches to support overall service efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience or a strong interest in coffee preparation and customer service.
- Ability to operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines effectively.
- Willingness to work at any branch location across Pakistan as needed.
