Job Description

We are looking for a digitally savvy, and data-driven strategist to fulfill the role of Digital Marketing Manager with extensive experience in generating quality leads to grow the business for BariTechSol in the Middle East, U.S., U.K., Australia and European regions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO to plan, strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns to achieve the company’s mission and vision.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You are a master in marketing channels, result oriented and have a strong startup mentality with a can-do attitude to carry out the following responsibilities:
  • Plan, strategize and execute marketing campaigns to drive quality traffic for sales team to achieve revenue growth rate.
  • Design, build and maintain our digital presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns across all channels, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance
  • Consistent assessment of all digital marketing channels to assist with building our digital road map.
  • Use analytic skills to identify and test emerging opportunities for business market growth and improvement.
  • Analyze marketing pipeline, and identify and implement action plans to improve and maximize ROI
  • Devise tactics to build our brands online with the goal to generate and improve leads quality for conversion based on solid PPC and SEO strategies.
  • Report to the CEO on key performance indicators using tracking tools to research, forecast, and analyze campaign results including providing actionable insights for improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
  • Self-starter with experience of working independently and develop sales units
  • Business conscious and with a long-term vision to grow our global digital arm
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • The resource should have at least 6 years of digital marketing experience.
