Reports to: Manager Finance & Admin
Job Overview: We are looking for an ambitious Jr Accounts and Admin Executive to provide support to the finance and admin department by managing daily day-to-day tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Initiate procurement cycle and processing as per the standard financial guidelines and company requirements.
- Coordinate with the vendors to initiate purchasing service requests, obtaining of quotations, creation of comparatives and obtaining approvals with the relevant HODs / Business Managers.
- Creation of Purchase requisitions & Purchase orders as per Ad-hoc requests.
- Maintaining accurate & complete database for all requests, PR, POs, Invoices and Payment Vouchers including approvals.
- Assist in timely processing of payments, advances, and reimbursements.
- Any other relevant task assigned by supervisor.
- Cars fleet management.
- Good in accounting and finance concepts.
Competencies:
- A good grasp of IT technology / computer literacy.
- Sound administrative and secretarial skills.
- An ability to work independently, set priorities and manage workload.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both face-to-face and over the phone.
