We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior HR Generalist to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.

Your experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills.

The noteworthy HR Business Partner should improve HR initiatives, enhance staff morale, enhance relations between staff and employers, contribute to attaining business goals, promote good HR practices, and attract talented recruits.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
  • Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Responsible for administering performance management program
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance and suggest new HR strategies
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Liaising and follow up with all government agencies (Social Security & EOBI) to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations
  • Administer health and life insurance programs
  • Implement training and development plans and engagement activities
  • Build strong relationships with the employees and managers to develop a consistent approach to people management within the role, across the company.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Preparing and processing timely working of salary, leave encashment and full and final settlements
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum BBA/MBA in Human Resource.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Prior experience in Software House is must.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
