We are on the hunt for a highly energetic, resourceful Accountant Professional in our Hyderabad Center
- Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking
- account balances
- Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by
- the finance manager
- Review and adhere to department budgets
- Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
- Collect information and reconciliation of company payrolls and commissions
- Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with clients
- Assist the financial manager in creating financial reports on a weekly basis
- Adhere to the company's financial policies and procedure.
- Attend the finance department and company-wide meetings, sometimes assisting
- with financial reporting to manager and senior executives
- Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost
- reductions.
- Helping customers in filing taxes
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
- Prepare balance sheets
- Track and reconcile bank statements
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, ACCA, or Corporate Finance
- 2 - 3 Year accounting experience as an Accountant
- Ability and willingness to keep maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
Technical Skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Quickbook
Accounting Skills
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
