Keep records of all conversations in call center database in a comprehensible way Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Good exposure to IT field will be a plus
  • Ticketing experience related to Marketing / Application Development
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Must be aware of how to approach new potential customers
  • Efficient enough to manage heavy calls flow
