- Describe Features of technical service/products to satisfy the customer.
- Ability to manage ticketing system properly as per SLA.
- Create/Update tickets and in a proper manner.
- Liaison with other departments for timely delivery of products.
- Call customers for queries/verification
- Communication Skills: You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.
The ideal Candidate must possess:
- Experience of handling a number of calls/complaints from the customers and updating tickets
- Must have the ability to provide the right technical solutions to the customer's request.
- Proficiency in Problem resolution techniques with strong voice and accent
Strong Communication, Ability to use software, Team Player, Time management, Confident, flexible & have sound knowledge in Computer systems.
