Job Description

We are looking for sharp and energetic Technical CSR's who can work in a challenging and yet compatible environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Describe Features of technical service/products to satisfy the customer.
  • Ability to manage ticketing system properly as per SLA.
  • Create/Update tickets and in a proper manner.
  • Liaison with other departments for timely delivery of products.
  • Call customers for queries/verification
  • Communication Skills: You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.

 The ideal Candidate must possess:

  • Experience of handling a number of calls/complaints from the customers and updating tickets
  • Must have the ability to provide the right technical solutions to the customer's request.
  • Proficiency in Problem resolution techniques with strong voice and accent


Strong Communication, Ability to use software, Team Player, Time management, Confident, flexible &  have sound knowledge in Computer systems.
