- Degree in a related technical field and 5 + years experience.
- Install, configure and set up network components.
- Enterprise-level firewall configuration (Hardware and software level).
- Business-level router configuration (Cisco, Dell and others).
- Design and implement disaster recovery procedures.
- Develop short- and long-term strategies for network performance enhancements.
- Maintain all systems, applications, security, network configurations. and troubleshoots network performance issues.
- IT policy setup and execution.
- Setup and troubleshoot MS Windows systems & network and regular multifunction printers.
- Troubleshoot fix hardware/software PC problems.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors and others related to the company. Ensure customer satisfaction and address problems and complaints as they arise.
- Create and Manage Windows Hyper-V servers with live replication.
- Proficient in Backup and Restore methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory User and Policy Administration.
- Ability to work effectively on concurrent, multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical skills, with focused attention on detail and accuracy
- Good written and oral communication and organizational skills
- Ability to document IT systems.
