We’re on the hunt for a Paid Media Assistant for the Islamabad office of Basecamp Data Solutions. We’re working with diverse clientele and expanding our digital media team to add people that have a thirst to learn and want to excel in the paid media domain of digital marketing.
What you will be doing with your time here:
- Assist the Paid Media Manager in developing the paid search marketing campaigns goals
- Assist in managing all elements of paid search campaigns
- Work with the content team and the Paid Media Manager to create and distribute content to increase brand awareness and user engagement
- Analyze data and provide intelligent business plans based on conclusions
- Work with the Marketing Manager, Content Strategist and SEO Analyst to develop content that will best optimize campaign performance
- Develop online media strategies to optimize our competitive position online
- Categorize, structure, track and measure data to ensure marketing ROI and KPIs are met
- Perform ongoing competitor analysis, keyword research, and SEM best practices
- Assist with the production of sales/marketing presentations and specialty projects as they come
Must haves:
- 1- 1 ½ year(s) of experience in the relevant field
- Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field.
- Good communication skills
- Experience with bid monitoring and adjustment of search media campaigns across multiple sites
- Ability to develop effective and relevant web/static copies
- Experience with direct client relationship responsibilities includes regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, and performance management
- A deep understanding of users, their online motivations and which marketing strategies will best drive results
- High-level comprehension and analytical skills for keyword placement
- The ability to work effectively with team members from diverse communities and cultures
- Great research, organizational and learning skills with immaculate attention to detail
