- Identify key areas of workflow optimization, automation, and deployment. This will involve exposure
- to, and absorption of, diverse business functions and their datasets/workflows, extensive RCA and
- R&D activities, and learning of new tools and/or programming/coding languages.
- Hands-on experience with Python, VBA, Excel, and SQL Queries.
- Execute a diverse set of projects that are based on the framework of Business Process Improvement of Operational Excellence.
- Responsible for efficient execution and effective implementation of all process re-engineering, change, and quality projects across the organization.
- Conduct process reviews to eliminate inefficiencies, waste, and duplication of tasks, leading to operational efficiency.
- Create a culture of “first time right” in the overall process, capitalizing on Kaizen and LEAN methodologies.
- Research, analyze, develop and deploy end-to-end automation solutions by leveraging best prevailing practices in the industry.
- Perform diagnostics on identified areas of the business to establish the area of improvement; define problems and propose solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business measurement tools.
- Compile and prepare analytical reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Evaluate data and perform statistical analysis to identify improvement opportunities with associated issues/risks and how to mitigate them.
- Be a team player; work amicably with multiple teams/departments; build effective relationships;
- Influence and motivate all business functions' stakeholders to ensure their wholehearted commitment to the achievement of Operational Excellence.
