Responsibilities

  • Continuously searching for new clients.
  • Sales of residential solar electric systems.
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
  • Interpreting customer requirements & calculating client quotations.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing with terms and conditions.
  • Analyzing costs and sales.
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  • Solving client problems in decision making.
  • Helping in the design of customized systems as per customer needs.
  • Prospecting for and qualifying leads.
  • Analysis of customers' current and projected electrical usage and financial return on investment.
  • Pricing PV systems and generating quotes.
  • Logging all communications with customers in the contact database.
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance to potential customers.

Skills

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills and experience.
  • Knowledge of financial calculations.
  • General construction understanding i.e. ability to read and understand electrical and structural drawings - reading/interpreting blueprints & field layouts.
  • General understanding of electricity and electrical systems.
  • Proficient with computers and applications like Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be highly organized & have the ability to multi-task and set priorities.
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be able to work under tight deadlines.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • English proficiency is must since targeted customers are in the USA.
  • Sound communication skills.
  • Willing to work in evening shift (Shift hours 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PKT).
