Job Description

We are on the hunt for a highly energetic, resourceful, self-motivated and charismatic individual for the Training & Development Department. You will be responsible for developing our people & culture in Karachi and Hyderabad Centers by creating, delivering & evaluating soft skills training.

Job Description

  1. Conduct training needs analysis, identify skills gaps to develop and deliver effective training programs and materials for employees at all levels to build their soft skills capability to achieve management’s objectives whilst developing loyalty to the company.
  2. Develop training metrics, calendar, feedback report, training effectiveness & ROI
  3. Analyze training loopholes and process enhancement.
  4. Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities & events for global & cultural awareness within the company as part of 21st Century skills
  5. Building and managing an in-house learning platform (LMS) including creating, managing and uploading dynamic courses for the employees; monitoring progress made via training programs & LMS
  6. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
Required:

  • Master’s degree and/or specialization in human resources, organizational development, organizational psychology or relevant field.
  • 4- 5 years experience in a relevant field/position
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices (Learning Management Systems LMS)
  • Strong Computer, database, report generation, MS Office, G- Suite & Productivity software skills
  • Willing to travel to Hyderabad Center to deliver the training regularly as per schedule/calendar
  • Excellent reasoning, communication (esp. public speaking), leadership, presentation, and motivational skills as well as sharp business acumen
  • Adaptability/flexibility, creativity, stress tolerance and self-control
Preferred:

  • Professional certifications relevant to Training and Development
  • Previous experience in designing and executing corporate training programs/ professional courses
