Job Purpose:
The Assistant Manager Finance will be responsible for managing the company's working capital, coordinating cash funding and bank transfers, leading the ERP transition, and managing the finance team.

Competencies:
Working Capital Management:
Demonstrated experience in managing working capital, including cash flow analysis, forecasting, and optimization.
Cash Funding:
Experience in managing and coordinating cash funding activities, including cash forecasting, cash pooling, and cash positioning.
Bank Transfers:
Experience in coordinating bank transfers, including wire transfers, ACH, and other payment methods, with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
ERP Transition:
Experience in leading ERP transition projects, including system selection, implementation, and post-implementation support.
Team Management:
Experience managing and leading a team, with a strong focus on coaching, mentoring, and employee development.
