Therapist

The employee, under the direction of the Lead SLP and Director of Bases International and in accordance with stated Organization's policies and procedures, provides speech and language services to Students with Speech issues.

Job role requires to:

Evaluate language and oral motor skills related to communication: areas of assessment are hearing, receptive language, expressive language, oral motor skills, and articulation.
Provide speech and language therapy to children, 2 years and above , through individual and group sessions.
Write formal evaluation/assessment reports that include useful information for programming.
Develop and implement treatment plans incorporating IEP goals.
Complete all required paper work.
Collaborate with other staff in creating a treatment plan, individualized student curriculum and mode of functional communication.
Keep abreast of best practice trends in fields of expertise.
Shall conform to the policies, procedures, practices, rules and regulations of Helping
