BATIK, a well known garments brand is looking for a Quality Control / Assurance Manager for its production unit in Lahore.
Applicants with a professional background in textile and with relevant experience will be preferred.
Job Description & other important details are as under.
- Maintain physical and digital personnel record for salaried and contractual.
- Update internal data base with new hire information, compensation and benefits.
- Gather and maintain payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
- Prepare reports and presentation on H.R related metrics like total number of hires by department.
- Publish and remove job ads.
- Schedule Job interviews contact candidates as needed.
- Leads the security, housekeeping, and arrange travel, accommodation for personal.
- Liaise with external partners like insurance, vendor, and ensure legal compliance.
- Handle Labor and Employee legislation.
- Remain up-to date with the best industrial practices and working towards their compliance in unit.
