BATIK, a well known garments brand is looking for a Production Manager for its production unit in Lahore.
Applicants with a professional background in textile and with relevant experience will be preferred.
Job description and details are as under.
- Deal with apparel’s production system (cut to pack), including but not limited to integration of material handling, production process, personnel and equipment that deal with work flow. ·
- Set up production team goals as per seasonal plans.
- Ensure that production stays on schedule and within allocated budget.
- Hire, train, and evaluate workers' and supervisors' performance.
- Analyze production data and advising on future strategy accodingly.
- Write production reports and review with head office as per advised frequency..
- Ensuring health, safety and other regulatory requirements are met.
- Determine quality control standards and ensuring their compliance.
- Remain up-to date with the best industrial practices and working towards their compliance in unit.
