Position: Outlet Sales Manager
Location: Islamabad
Experience: Must have more than 2 years’ experience preferably in similar capacity. Applicants with experience in fashion retail will be preferred.
Education: Preferably Bachelors or above.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the overall operations at sales outlet.
- Ensure that staff at outlet is well aware of their duties, and targets.
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance/motivation to the outlet sales team for achieving the set targets.
- Be responsible for the successful delivery of services by the sales team.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensure outlet stocks replenishment is being handled in designated manner.
- Manage and be responsible for stock availability and presentation at outlet.
