Your role as Taxi Controller will be responsible for taking incoming calls from UK Customers who are looking to book/amend taxi bookings.
- You will also be handling the following task in particular airport and local bookings Payment over the phone.
- Escalating the complaint to the relevant department.Handling driver queries/ grievances.
- This role required excellent speaking and listening skills.
