Requirements
- Receive and supervise incoming products and ensure quality and standards of these products and supplies are as per the regulatory requirements.
- Ensure maintenance of receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations as per the warehouse policies and SOP of Good Warehouse Keeping.
- Ensure products and supplies are stored in the correct manner as per standard warehouse running documents and procedures.
- Arrange for distribution of the products and supplies to various destinations by picking, sorting, packing, and dispatching of products.
- Analysis of inventory levels, inventory positioning, correction in inventory system, verify accuracy, and troubleshoot immediate inventory inaccuracies.
- Check GRN and quality inspections of products which include breakage, expiry, nonmalleable, shortage, batch checking and total quality reconciliation in warehouse and storeroom.
- Ensure Loading and unloading of all incoming vehicle as per Good Storage Practices.
- Ensure that the deviations from the Quality Standards and SOPs are reported, investigated, and recorded.
Skills Required
- Doctor of Pharmacy or related field (with a valid license), or equivalent training, fellowship, and 0-1 year of work experience
- Strong understanding of product portfolio
- Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
- Ability to manage teams and work on tight deadlines
