Primarily responsible for processing invoices accurately and making timely payment to the vendor.
Well versed with the basic accounting concepts.
Sending price variance emails to Purchasing Expediters/Buyers.
Preparing bank reconciliation statements.
Extracting data from the accounting application, analyzing the same and preparing the required management reports on periodic basis.
Recording revenues based on the reports of Remote E-POS and deposits collected at sales units.
To ensure that all the expenses are correctly accounted for in the books of accounts.
Tracking the unrecorded transactions and accounting for of the same.
Chasing overdue payments by telephone and correspondence and agreeing re-payment schedules.
Responsible for the all warehouse operations, including but not limited to material timely inbound and outbound, material stocking, warehouse space management.
Follows policies and procedures; completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; supports organization’s goals and values.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skill (to be able to communicate with International clients).
Degree Title: ACCA / CIMA or Masters in Accounting / Finance or other recognized finance degrees.
Minimum 10 years
