BD & Marketing Solutions pvt ltdis looking to expand our top-rated Internet Sales BDC team.We are in search of qualified English-speaking candidates to monitor internet leads and provide timely responses.
Applicants must be customer service-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Prior Sales, BDC, minimum six months experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with customers to determine their needs and wants to Respond to all inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via phone and email.
- Schedule appointments via phone and email
- Daily follow-up with prospects; minimum of 70+ calls per day. (evening and some Saturdays required)
