- BD & Marketing Solutions Pvt Ltd looking to expand our top-rated Business Development team.
- We are in search of qualified English-speaking candidates.
- B2B sales or Call center experience is preferred.
- Applicants must be customer service-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior BPO/ Call center Sales, minimum of six months experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
- Search for new client leads.
- Manage relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
- Schedule appointments via phone and email
- Daily follow-up with prospects; minimum of 70 calls per day. (evening and some Saturdays required)
