Now we are looking forward to a customer support executive for the evening shift who would be responsible,  

  • Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests
  • Handle inclaimsim injury with all information & details,
  • Prepare the case from stretch to end & submit it to the supervisor.  
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints and then closing support tickets.
  • Maintaining a database of customer information
  • Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
  • Checking product or service availability
  • Assisting customers with registration or account creation
  • Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organization’s offerings
