Now we are looking forward to a customer support executive for the evening shift who would be responsible,
- Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests
- Handle inclaimsim injury with all information & details,
- Prepare the case from stretch to end & submit it to the supervisor.
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints and then closing support tickets.
- Maintaining a database of customer information
- Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
- Checking product or service availability
- Assisting customers with registration or account creation
- Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organization’s offerings
