The elevation is all but ready. However, the ground floor is remaining and we're looking to get designers' insights on how to construct it to give it a lavish look with glass exterior (like the rest of the elevation).
The floor is expected to be rented by a cafe/restaurant, so the design must be in aligned to that.
A designer can use his skills and foresight to make a detailed render with all aspects covered.
