HR and Admin Key Executive Responsibilities
Monitoring relationships with existing employees and new employees, resolving their queries as soon as possible.
To assist with the recruitment process from the job description to offer (Advertising, Receiving and Scanning, Interviews planning, References checking, and Offer).
Maintaining physical and digital personal records of employees like employment contracts. For all branches of Beacon Investment.
Update internal databases with new hire information.
To manage office supplies, including inventory and purchasing.
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
Publish and remove job ads.
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
Monthly recording of jazz bills.
Reporting improper system usage, outages, etc. to senior management.
Daily maintenance of the attendance management system.
Create effective channels of communication between employees and management.
Record keeping of all official inventory.
