General Purpose of the Job:

The HR & Admin Manager will multitask through actively participating in the recruiting process, addressing employee matters, organizing work activities, and supervise day-to-day operations.

This position is responsible for coordinating any functions pertaining to employment, administrative management, and employee relations. 

This position will play an active role in formulating methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices as well as recommending changes to management at their location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement company culture, values, and policies
  • Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions
  • Assists with new employee background checks.
  • Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement
  • Manage and implement HR activities like Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Salary Proposals, Development, Performance Management, Off-boarding, and Employee Relations.
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Accurately maintain employee files
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Other Responsibilities like Inventory management, and procurement. 

Qualifications

  • Master's (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
  • Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Two (2) to Three (3) years of relevant work experience in Human Resources
