- Maintain strict confidentiality about patient treatment, diagnosis, and related procedures
- Ability to handle multi-functions across numerous software, websites and documents.
- Ability to work proficiently and efficiently in a timely manner.
- Ability to meet daily deadlines, take responsibility and work under pressure
- Serve as a point of contact for patient billing queries
- Insurance verification and patient registration
- Perform other duties as required or assigned within the scope of responsibility.
- Daily & Weekly reporting of, production of accounts and any billing issues.
- Knowledge of insurance payers, insurance verification, billing lifecycle and reconciliation of data entry and knowing of clean claims processing.
Requirement
- Experience in using one or more Practice Management Systems/Billing Software.
- Excellent documentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Daily completion of clearinghouse and practice software edits and rejection.
- 1 or 2+ years of experience in medical Billing data entry
- Pediatric Billing experience will b preferred .
