Befiler is searching for a dedicated & supportive call center supervisor with proven sales experience and who can share his/her experience to motivate his/her team. He/She will ensure all the sales targets are achieved by driving the team with positive mental attitude. Supervisor will be closely coordinating with other departments for qualitative deliverables.
Must Have:
- Proven Sales Target records and achievements.
- Hands-on experience with supervising all tasks involved in running an outbound call center.
- Opportunity to practice and teach customer services, Sales, Marketing, and Effective Communication to the team.
- Familiarity with Service Quality & Data Analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement constructive strategies, training & development plans on CRM, lead generation, sales & conversions.
- Set goals and sales targets for the Monthly, Bi Annually & Annually and prepare the report accordingly.
- Coordinating with marketing & other teams to promote new products or services to increase business.
- Oversees, motivates and support agents through continuous feedback & communication.
- Create a standard script for employees to refer, if needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in any discipline
- Ability to remain calm & respectful under high pressure & fast pace environments.
- Tech Savvy
- Excellent multitasking abilities: Time Management, Leadership Skills, Attention to details & Communication Skills (Both written & verbal)
