- Responsible for the field project delivery and maintenance service, including but not limited to system installation, deployment, commission, testing and system safety monitoring.
- Responsible for customer tickets/technical issues/customer complaint tracking, and work with R&D support team to have solution in time.
- Responsible for the product/SW upgrading, verification and testing on field.
- Reporting to the supervise actively and regularly, feedback the problem or risk timely
- Clear thinking, independent analysis and problem-solving ability, able to work under certain pressure
Job requirement:
Experience in telecom product/SW maintenance/test is preferred
- Skillful at Linux and other operating systems, and understand simple system operation commands, can complete the installation and maintenance of related systems.
- Skillful with Oracle, MySQL, POSTGRES database, and be able to add, delete and check data.
- Familiar with TCP/IP technology, familiar with telecom technology
- Knowledge about Java, H5 SW development
- Good trouble shooting ability
- Strong initiative, strong accountability, good communication skills, good teamwork
- Bachelor‘s degree or above
- knowing a little about Chinese language is preferred
