Customer Support Executive (s) are required in Rawalpindi for the leading company Bell Oceanic Communication.


Responsibilities:


• To serve customers by providing product and service information,  resolving product and service problems.


• Working on the portal and provide assistance regarding phone/Dsl issues.


• Maintains customer records by updating account information.


• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.


Requirements:


• Excellent Spoken English with American accent


• Minimum 1-2 years on international campaign


• Willing to work night shift


• Positive Attitude and Analytical Skills
