Job and Responsibilities:
- To work as part of an audit team / run an audit / manage or supervise audit team.
- Actively engage in the planning of the audit, as well as the actual fieldwork at interim and final, statutory audit and completion work
- Producing audit reports for Director and Partner review
- Providing leadership and direction to designated team. Providing feedback on performance of audit team to senior management.
- Supervising and coaching junior members of staff to help them realize their full potential Mentoring and guiding junior employees
- Prepare and present proposals and tenders
- Be responsible for group administration, training, overall evaluation and counseling of subordinates
Requirements:
- Proven work experience at likewise position (At least 3 years or more);
- Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems;
- Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships;
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
- Must be ACCA Qualified/ CA Finalist (Completed Articles from reputed Firm)
Package:
- Gross Salary: 70,000 Negotiable
