Job Purpose:
- To deliver BERRY BERRY in line with its values effectively with consumers and customers in assigned area that enable people to live happy and healthy.
- To manage business impact in an assigned area through delivery of performance that leads to business elevation.
Scope:
- Scope of this position is limited to an assigned territory while collaborating among other team members and sharing knowledge and contribute efforts towards aligned business plans.
Skills Required:
1. Personality:
- Effective communication skills and must be well dressed.
- Conflict management, negotiation, problem solving, decision making, & leadership skills.
- Planning, organizational and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
2. Computer:
- Basic computer knowledge: MS Office Suite (Excel & Word mainly),Internet browsing.
- Data entry, report writing, presentation and record maintaining.
Core Responsibilities:
- Achievement of monthly sales and concerned targets.
- Identify & develop new customers and engage in existing customers.
- Develop and track robust business plans to analyze territory potential and identify business opportunities/areas of improvement.
- Conduct Face to Face promotional meetings in line with Berry Berry values to drive product awareness and magnetizing the product.
- Customer Relationship Building.
- Implement commercial brand strategies in a defined territory and in line with Berry Berry values and Business Unit priorities.
- Productivity of daily planned customers to be visited.
- Ensure implementation of Annual Operating Plan of Key Performance Indicators.
- Weekly reporting on all Key Performance Indicators mentioned above to the Sales Manager.
- Deliver volume and revenue target for based station territory.
- Implementation of software responsibilities (if required).
- Gain excellence in products and its areas knowledge to execute customer and consumer focused dealing .
- Gather feedback from concerns regarding product and services and build call objectives accordingly.
- Monitor product performance regularly against external benchmarks and execute action plans as per priorities identified in business plans.
- Conduct regular in depth analysis of product performance against external benchmarks.
- Have sound understanding of Berry Berry systems and tools for effective performance management.
- Stay aware of latest developments in fields and contribute insights for development of future brand strategy.
- Maintain strong coordination in all concerned areas.
- Ensure all actions are governed by Berry Berry Values, Code of Conduct, Expectations and complete all mandatory training courses within stipulated timelines.
- Monitor stock levels at selling level and flag stock outs/ coverage issues through defined channels.
- Dispatch documents and reports.
