Hospital of America has an immediate opening for a Full Time Head Revenue Administrator with 10+ years’ experience. This is an AR supervisor, in-office, position in Lohore, Pakistan. We are looking for employees that are dependable, honest, have integrity and a can do professional attitude. Employee must be fluent in English. This job requires accuracy and efficiency as there are benchmarks that need to be met. The best candidate will also be able to work in a fast paced and changing environment.

**Experience using in DRG billing, HOPD billing, medical billing software and/or experience with revenue cycle management in any capacity for Inpatient & Outpatient Hospital**

Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Work with each team Head Revenue Administrator and team member within your team to coordinate and verify that all of the following are being accomplished for each client assigned:
  •  
  • Coding, Charge Entry and Quality Analysis of the charges are being completed timely within the guidelines specified
  • Review of insurance AR processes to ensure that the AR team is making phone calls to insurance companies, appeals are being submitted and other duties as needed are being performed to optimize revenue collection
  • Review of patient AR processes to ensure that the patient AR representatives are making phone calls, sending statements and following client specific collection protocols including credit balances
  • Verify that the Senior Patient Account Representative(s) on team is/are performing tasks as expected
  • Maintain contact will all assigned clients for continued client satisfaction
  • Manage denials and claim invalids, rejections and resubmissions
  • Manage aging and follow up with insurance companies, maintaining an appropriate low AR
  • Manage monthly underpaid and overpaid reports
  • Manage appeals
  • Analyze accounts for denial trends/provide education to clients
  • Data Entry/Insurance Verification
  • Review EOBs for accuracy of payments
  • Review and resolve insurance correspondence received
  • Communicate with client and office staff to resolve issues
  • Oversee A/R team and ensure tasks are performed timely and accurately
  • Work with billing staff and coders to resolve issues
  • Special A/R Projects
  • Perform other duties as requested by Director of RCM, Director of Operations and Management Team
