Bestcon Holding is seeking a highly skilled Principal Architect to lead the design and execution of our upcoming mega building projects. The ideal candidate will have between three and five years of professional experience in architectural design, especially in large-scale, complex constructions. A degree in Architecture from a reputable university is required, and preference is given to foreign-qualified candidates who bring diverse expertise and international standards to our projects. This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of design processes, ensuring innovative, sustainable, and functional architectural solutions that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
As the Principal Architect, you will lead and mentor a team of five professionals, guiding them through all phases of project development from conceptualization to final delivery. Your leadership will be essential in collaborating with other stakeholders and managing design challenges within mega projects. You will play a critical role in delivering landmark developments for Bestcon Holding, contributing significant architectural vision and practical expertise to our portfolio of groundbreaking construction endeavors.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and technical execution of large-scale, complex building projects from concept through completion.
- Guide and manage a team of five architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop innovative, sustainable, and functional architectural solutions that align with client needs and project specifications.
- Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to integrate architectural elements seamlessly into overall project plans.
- Evaluate and select appropriate materials and technologies to enhance design quality and construction efficiency.
- Conduct site assessments and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to architectural intent.
- Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to clients and senior management.
- Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in architectural design and construction methodologies.
- Mentor junior architects and promote professional development within the architectural team.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet delivery goals.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals and permits for complex projects.
- Ensure risk management processes are applied throughout design and construction phases to safeguard project success.
