Bestcon Holding is seeking an experienced Senior Draftsman to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in architectural and interior working drawings. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive and accurate execution and site-ready drawings, transforming CAD layouts and 3D models into detailed plans that support the construction and design process. Attention to detail and adherence to industry standards are essential to ensure the quality and accuracy of all deliverables.
The Senior Draftsman collaborates closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to produce detailed drawings that meet project specifications. Although this position does not involve team management, the role demands effective communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders to deliver drawings on time and within project guidelines. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience and demonstrates proficiency in key drafting tools and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings based on CAD layouts and 3D models.
- Develop complete execution and site-ready drawings that adhere to project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to clarify designs and ensure accuracy.
- Review and revise drawings to incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments promptly.
- Ensure that all drawings are clear, accurate, and comply with company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and documentation related to assigned projects.
- Use AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling software to produce precise and high-quality drawings.
- Support project teams by providing technical drafting expertise and resolving drawing-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest drafting tools, techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve workflow.
- Participate in project meetings to understand project scope and requirements thoroughly.
